Development of Low Molecules Control System of Ultrapure Water Plant Using Alternative Water Sources

Development of Low Molecules Control System of Ultrapure Water Plant Using Alternative Water Sources

This project aims to develop a low-molecular-weight compounds control system consisting of high-efficiency ultraviolet (UV) oxidation and a high-efficiency reverse osmosis (RO) membrane technologies that can utilize alternative water sources such as saline or reuse water to produce ultrapure water for semiconductor manufacturing.
